Hiking, anybody??

So I really want to lose a few pounds and would love to have someone to hike with me regularly! All of my friends say they will go and then it always falls through or we end up going at random times. There is a hiking trail right in Cold Spring Harbor Village that is great...would anyone wana join me??

I was supposed, but I have to cancel. And Friday I can't make it because I have a last minute concert... this has been a rollercoaster week...

that is the town right over from me! I will go if you come! I am not a hiker - but if you dont mind some extra baggage I live right there!
