OY! I'm so sorry sweetie you are going through this! Is there anything we can do to help? That's a lot to take on!! My mom is a breast cancer survivor and I would be happy to help you in anyway that I can, also try to compare notes with FMIL if you need to. My mom is a STRONG supporter of the Adelphi Hotline, and my cousin is actually one of the people who answers the phones. Please FM me if you need to talk privately.

I'm so sorry

I've been going through some similar things - family health issues and other major stuff I'd rather not mention. Unfortunately we're even more sensitive to these things now because it's such a big time in our lives. It would be hard any time, but harder now. All I can tell you is that when the going has gotten tough recently, and FH hugs me and tells me how and why it's going to be okay, I remember why I'm marrying him and what's most important about the wedding. That he and I together are so much better than just me. And that I have someone to help me and support me.

I hope you can keep similar thoughts and I hope that everything turns out well.
