Yep it sounds like a pulled muscle. Just be safe and call your gyn. I did and told her my symptons. The pain didnt go away right away - more like 3 days. IT hurt everytime I sat or moved my leg to much.

What your describing is exactly what is going on. I'm going to the gyno tomorrow by coincidence for a checkup anyway, so lucky me!

Yes not to worry at alll. I was freaking out but figured out what it was. Rub some bengay on it and massage it for a bit. You can't do anything until it goes away. And dont romp around with FH. IT will make it more inflammed.

wow that happened to me last week...

and its not from 'fun' stuff it was from sittign at a desk all day properly...

im not an office person, and now i am.... so i was sittign all day crossing legs back and forth.. and i got up and pulled the outside muscle and it hurt when i walked around or sat a certain way...

iot evertually felt better 2 days later... and it hasnt happened since
