So i was thinking i would malke a shutterfly account or what not for the weddding...I would put it on pretty paper and ask guests to upload thier photos onto shutterfly...

I think i would do without the slide show thing...i am going to email them and see if that is possible...

I did the shutterfly website. Put it on our programs and made cards people could take as they left. Highly recommend it!

I am surprised I've never heard of this before! Would this be in lieu of placing disposable cameras on the tables?
I think it sounds like a fabulous idea! But at least with the cameras you are almost guaranteed to get at least SOME of them back, there is no guarantee that people will remember to upload them onto shutter fly. Maybe you could remind people in your thank you's as well?

This would be in lieu of disposable cameras. You aren't guaranteed anything with the disposable cameras either. I've read about people taking them home or taking random pictures of odd things...crotches etc. I have over 500 pictures that have been uploaded to the shutterfly website. That doesn't include a cd that someone dropped off for me of over 200 pictures and the ones that people just posted to facebook. I would highly recommend doing this. I will also put a reminder in the thank you's.
