Re: Holiday Music
Gotta admit I love it.
I like to have it playing in the background while I bake sugar cookies.. it just makes me a happy person. But I am selective.. none of this remixed Mariah Scary stuff.. i like good old Bing Crosby singing White Christmas.

I always look forward to it every year but I need a break from it from time to time!!! I can't listen to it consistently, I would go insane as well!!!

I don't mind it the week of Christmas, but thats about it
I agree.... I like the holidays but I am not the fanatic that some people are...and I think it's overkill that ruins the mood of the season. People forget the true meaning and instead trample people at Wal-Mart to get a $29.99 DVD player! Ruins it for me.

I have to be honest and tell you that I love it. I have it on all the time. hehe. Although when Melissa Etheridge's version is 'merry christmas/war is over' comes on I have to change it.

OH GOD PLEASE!!
As a Beatle Fan and as a fan of Xmas songs.. I have two things to say.. A) that song is MUCH better sung by John Lennon. B) that song is so darned long even I wear out after awhile.
My favorite though is 'I ain't getting nothing for christmas' or whatever it's called.. It's cute and I sang it in Middle School. hehe That and Carol Bells.
My haunted xmas song (the one I really cringe at) is Dona Nopis Pacem (give us peace in latin) god it's so annoying.
