Holiday Wedding
I recently decided that on a date that turns out to be a holiday which works great for my fiance and me as we have young children. Now wondering if it will make finding a reasonable price venue hard as I just called one venue and was told they don't do weddings that day due to have its own function that takes up most of their rooms.I thought a holiday wedding would give more availability and better pricing.

Keep calling other places! What is the date? Your profile says 8/23/14 but I'm not sure if that's the actual day.
