on Saturday 9/8 I went with my girls to order their BM gowns. No problem...everything went great. There was one BM (my FSIL) who we weren't sure if she'd come to NY to get fitted (she's in NJ) so we left her name on the list that day. I called back the next day (sunday) to tell them that in fact, she would NOT be ordering from them, and that she will order from another boutique close to her. WELL...GOWNS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE IN THIS WEEK! They aren't there,..no one got a call, and i just got off the phone and found out that THE GOWNS WERE NEVER ORDERED BC THEY WERE WAITING FOR MY SIL'S MEASUREMENTS!!! THEY HELD UP 8 OTHER GIRLS FOR ONE GIRL!!! you'd think I would get a phone call HEY WHERE IS YOUR OTHER BM?? WE HAVEN'T PROCESSED YOUR ORDER?? Well the Assistnat manager said that someone called me and left a VM on my cell on 12/5...ok 3 MONTHS LATER??? and that never happened!!!!!! wtfffffffffffffffffff???? I can't wait for the manager to call me back!!!! I am FLIPPING OUT! They are putting a rush order on the gowns and picking up the tab, but still.....3 MONTHS AND NO PHONE CALL! NO GOWNS ORDERED!! AND THEY WERE PAID FOR!

That is crazy. But I want to actually give the final word on when to place the orders for my BMs dresses and then I will confirm that they ordered them.
Did you ever tell them not to order the dresses until you were sure out the last girl or did they just decide to hold the order on their own. From reading the other BR Rants, they sound pretty incompetent. Sorry youre dealing with this crap!

Wow I am sorry this happened! I ordered everything from Bridal Reflections in Carle Place and they called me and wanted to either come in or fax them my signature so that they can order the BMs gowns without a FG dress being ordered. I hope everything gets together on time for you!
