HOLY KRAP BRIDAL REFLECTIONS RANT!

on Saturday 9/8 I went with my girls to order their BM gowns. No problem...everything went great. There was one BM (my FSIL) who we weren't sure if she'd come to NY to get fitted (she's in NJ) so we left her name on the list that day. I called back the next day (sunday) to tell them that in fact, she would NOT be ordering from them, and that she will order from another boutique close to her. WELL...GOWNS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE IN THIS WEEK! They aren't there,..no one got a call, and i just got off the phone and found out that THE GOWNS WERE NEVER ORDERED BC THEY WERE WAITING FOR MY SIL'S MEASUREMENTS!!! THEY HELD UP 8 OTHER GIRLS FOR ONE GIRL!!! you'd think I would get a phone call HEY WHERE IS YOUR OTHER BM?? WE HAVEN'T PROCESSED YOUR ORDER?? Well the Assistnat manager said that someone called me and left a VM on my cell on 12/5...ok 3 MONTHS LATER??? and that never happened!!!!!! wtfffffffffffffffffff???? I can't wait for the manager to call me back!!!! I am FLIPPING OUT! They are putting a rush order on the gowns and picking up the tab, but still.....3 MONTHS AND NO PHONE CALL! NO GOWNS ORDERED!! AND THEY WERE PAID FOR!

HOLY CRAP!!!!! YEa that's total BS, but you still have time, the only thing is make sure you're girls get themselves in there RIGHT AWAY for alterations. You're gonna be on a time crunch!

wow...i am sorry...that really *****...seems like someone pretty incompetent handled this...well at least with the rush order at no cost to you, you will get them, still sooo incredibly unacceptable...sorry again!

I have heard of similar situations but with other BM stores. I have learned you really have to be on top of these people. All my girls just got fitted last week. I will be calling the store right after new yrs to make sure everything is in place and on order.

YOu would think that they would follow up and make sure everything is ok but unfortunately some people just dont care.

It drives me insane because all the money they are getting doesnt seem to make a difference.

whats the designer... maybe you can get it somewhere else and they can refund the money.. since nothing was ordered....

Yeah....i'm debating just ordering them where I got my gown.....(lillettes in baldwin)......I should bring you all with me on wednesday lol

I have heard a lot of negative comments about this vendor. They make me nervous. Make sure you call them to confirm it was ordered. I would call them every week until your wedding.
