I work for an insurance agency - I don't do homeowners - but you can call my office and ask for me (Tara) and I can get you a quote.

It really varies, but be careful and call around because we found different agencies have different requirements, and some are whacked!! One place did a credit check, one place said they wouldn't insure us because we were East of the cross street instead of west and it was hurricane area on the East side. As if the hurricane wouldn't cross the highway!! We got a great deal with Liberty.
