honeymoon...

OK....just wondering if there are any other brides who have not booked their honeymoon. I'm getting a little bit nervous. We want to go to Aruba....we are just taking our time with booking it bc we are sooo busy with everything else, but everyone keeps saying we are crazy for not booking it yet.

Definitely book it NOW. Most other things can wait; but prices go up as you get closer and hotel rooms, airlines, etc. might fill up, so your honeymoon should be a priority now.

THanks....You know what, I'm gonna go within the next two weeks just to play it safe. I dont know what we are thinking waiting this long. We've been engaged since Sept. 02...LOL

Don't panic; go talk to a travel agent; there are some good ones on this site; I went to Travel Solutions by Marcia, she was very nice and helped me to find a honeymoon I could afford. Good luck!

Don't worry! I am getting married 6 months from today and still have NOT booked my honeymoon.. I don't even know where we are going to go yet!

Don't worry...I just passed the 6 month mark and we still haven't booked. We are planning on going to Hawaii, but my FH just has to call his aunt, who is a travel agent and talk to her about arranging some packages for us to choose from.

you should really book it now i booked my honeymoon 1 year before they hold the hotel and tickets when you give them a deposit then about four months before the want all of the money mine is being finalized this month were just waiting to see if the flight prices will cange see if you want all inclusive or just air fare and hotel the say there is so much food there good luck

we're getting married in three months and still havent' booked.....i'm not too worried though......book it when you need to.
and i know there are some travel agents who only ask that you put down a small amount of money now to reserve and then you can pay the balance 45 days before the trip....so that's a nice option...

I haent booked yet. I have been looking for prices on cruises now I think I want to check sandals. I am definitly booking within this week because I cant be stressed out about it any more.

I am getting married 4/16 and the HM is not booked! This was FI's thing to do, and he hasn't done it, and I refuse to nag!

According to what I've been told, you will get great deals 6 months before your departure date. You're still ahead of the game! As others have suggested, I would meet with some travel agents to get ideas...and book by Feb.

I would start thinking about where you want to go- we're using in and out travel in lindenhurst and they had lots of information and were very patient with our indecisiveness!
