So while we are discussing what we have done/want to do so far... I was just wondering if anyone has put any thought into their honeymoon yet? I know its too early to book because of airlines and hotels havent released their rates and availability yet, but FH and I have been thinking about where to go, we change our mind every day!!

FH has a fear of flying.. and has never done it, and I dont know if he ever will.
So we were thinking about cruises... to where? thats changes everytime we talk about it.

our original plan is st. lucia for about a week and disney for maybe 3 or 4 days. But the option for other islands or mexico is still out there.

Yeah i spoke to a honeymoon planner at a bridal show and i asked her a bunch of questions and i took home LOTS of brochures and prices...So far we do loooove Tahiti, but we just have a few concerns about being bored at night there lol. We would like to do tahiti and then stop over in vegas for a few days before coming home

Yeah we went from Hawaii, then Hawaii and Vegas, then Eurpopean Cruise, then Europe but without the cruise, now we are thinking about Tahiti. I have a few issues with that - I heard you have to take water planes to the hotels and I am NOT down with that. Also, I agree that it might be a bit boring at night. I like seclusion and stuff, but I don't know about for 10 days!!! I have done only limited research so I'll have to look into it more. Did that honeymon planner mention price to you? I think thats probably going to be the biggest problem in the end...

when i went to flowerama i spoke to the travel agent but i couldnt book anything bc flights arent out yet ( oh yeah and FH wasnt with me, lol)
she is going to email me when the flights become available ( next month or so) and we are going to book 8 nights at Sandals Grande St Lucia. . .
we keep changing what room we want though - at first we were like it's our honeymoon we should just go all out and get a whirlpool in the room with the full concierge service. . . then the next day we will think 'does it really matter what the room is like in a tropical paradise?' but we are definitely going to get the rooms with room service - we LOVE room service . . . and we will only fly direct which really limits when we can go ( only Air Jamaica runs limited direct flights)
FH is ReALLY bad with planes - i was thinking of just going to fla bc he is so terrified - but i am scared if i dont get him to get on one for our HM we will never be able to leave the country again!
we are also trying to keep it reasonable bc we are planning a 2-3 week first anniv. trip to florida keys with the puppy. . .we would have done this for our HM but its too cold in Jan - we are going to wait until March 09!

we want to go to Italy! we are prob gunna satay for 2 weeks....first week in a more remote location, i have heard alfani coast is nice, but we want to stay in a more romantic type hotel with a nice view, and then for the second week we will probably stay in Rome in a hotel in the city so we can sight see. i am SO excited!

we are going to Hawaii like 2 months later for my best friends wedding...so it will almost be like a second honeymoon. of course we will be really busy while we are there but we are gunna prob stay for a whole week if we can afford to.

We are getting married in late November, and depending on FH's work schedule (restaurants are busy during that season) we may take the honeymoon in January. SO i want to go somewhere really warm and be able to get a tan and lay on the beach.. so our option are the lower caribbean islands.. bahamas (which i love) will be too cold for my liking!

I wanted to go the the Greek Island so bad but then after thinking about it, who wants to blow all the money they make from the wedding on a honeymoon?!?! Greece would be probably close to 15k. Forget that crap, I think we are just gonna stick w Aruba or something in the carribean.
