That seems like a lot for St. Lucia...we are spending around $4500 for a 9-night cruise out of New Jersey to Bermuda, St Thomas, St. Maarten and Puerto Rico.

I do think that's kind of a lot, unless you're staying in super luxury accommodations. I've priced out quite a few different trip options and so far Costa Rica seems to give the most bang for the buck! We're looking at an 11 night stay for around that price--including airfare, luxury accommodations AND a lot of different activities.

we havent booked anything yet, but the place were looking at is going to run us about 9200 for flight and hotel for 10 days

we spent about 6,000 for all inclusive st. lucia . we then also spent another 1000 for spending money there. it goes mighty quick!

We spent 4800 for 2 weeks in Europe, 1200 in airfare and then about 2000 in spending money. Wow... I didn't realize we spent that much!

If your talking about the trip thats not too much.
We did about $10-12 including spending money
So its not a lot. well, is its a LOT
For us it was a lot, but we planned on that much give or take. We just enjoyed ourselves and dint really think about the cost THAT much.

we are spending about 10,000 for sandals in saint lucia but are getting a private bungalow w. bulter, for 9 days

It's the Calabash Cove in St Lucia- our own cottage, own pool, all inclusive, transfers to airport, private dinner on beach one night, massages- all included!!! I think because it's Easter week the prices and travel arrangements are a little more...seems like everyone on this thread is sort of split between what they're spending...

You have to look for deals to Europe that time of year as it is peak travel time. Check out Aer Lingus. They usually have good deals to Shannon or Dublin airports from JFK. Keep in mind that once you actually get to Europe it is cheap to get from country to country. I travel a lot and have been to Ireland a few times. FM me if you have any question!

We are spending around $13k for airfare and hotels for 2 1/2 weeks in South Africa. Some of the hotels include food and beverage. Havent figured out spending money yet -- but assume a few thousand.

We are going to St. Lucia and staying for 10 days. With flights and all its about 8000.
We also decided that we are going to fly home, stay home for a day, then fly to Disney for 5 days. Thats going to cost about 3000.
I am trying to convince the FH to take me somewhere that next weekend to.. gotta live it up!! haha!
