Honeymoon Cruise - where do I start?

Hello Ladies! My wedding is a year away and I have just begun looking into places to go for a honeymoon. We want to go on a cruise, possibly to the Mediterranean, but every website I search only lists the dates for 2001. How did everyone go about finding information on cruises, via internet or travel agent? Any and all info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.

Jackie, Our honeymoon is a 2 week cruise on the Mediterranean in October. We are going on Royal Caribbean cruise line. WE went through a travel agent in East Islip. The woman that we dealt with was wonderful. We actually got a better price on the rooms than what I had found on the Internet. I'm also going on a cruise but we are going to Alaska. Most of the sites like yahoo travel don't have 2001 yet. Try going to the actual cruise line site when you find a few you like and want prices go to a travel agent and also call the cruise line. On a previous cruise I got a much lower price directly from the cruise line. Also the earlier the better you often get free category upgrades early. I hope this was helpful. Patty
