Honeymoon help

I'm having such a hard time deciding on a honeymoon. I think I'm driving my FH crazy . SO, I'm looking for ideas/suggestions. We ruled a few places out already - Aruba, JAmaica, DR, Hawaii, Bermuda(for various reasons). Can you guys tell me where you are going, or where you've been in the caribbean that you would go back to in a heartbeat. I also can't decide if I want all inclusive or not. I fell in love with Anguilla, Turks and Caicos and St. John. So if anyone has been to any of these, please share your story. Other suggestions would be great too.

Due to getting married in hurricane season I wante dto go to Hawaii but...
FH is an extremely nervous flyer and he will NOT get on a boat or a small airplane so I would have to stay on the same island which I didn'
t want to do.
Therefore I think we will be going to Aruba as the island is located outside of the hurricane belt.

FH & I are going through the same indecisive craziness..I can sympathize. We are considering a combo of Riviera Maya for 6 days and Anitgua for 6 days OR...a 10 day Greek Island cruise. I am a BIG fan of Mexico. Gorgeous resorts, nice people and your $$ goes a long way.

We were really considering Hawaii but we are 'fond of the drink' and love to eat so we really want to go the all-inclusive route. I find it so much easier to pay for everything in advance.

Have you considered Europe? Italy, France, Greece actually anywhere in Europe is PERFECT in September.

Yeah, we are considering Italy actually. I always thought it would be more expensive though. I'm not sure. I haven't looked into it.

I think this is def. going to be the hardest decision for us. Whenever I went away on vacation, I always said 'I want to go here' and booked it. Never had to research and look into so many places at one time. I want Tahiti or Hawaii, but I know my FH won't do the flight. We went to Germany once and that was 9 hours and I thought he was going to jump out of the plane.

Tahiti was my dream vacation, but it's just too expensive. So, I'm trying to get as close to that feel as possible.

but half of FI friends and my two friends went to St. Lucia and LOVED it.

the airplanes from island to island in hawaii are 757's...the size of a southwest airplane..

Since you are getting married in September, it is right in the midst of hurricane season. So be careful if you choose an island in the Caribbean. As another poster said, she chose Aruba because it is outside of the hurricane belt. I'd definitely consider Italy. You can do a great trip there and it shouldn't be too expensive. Of course it depends on how long you go for and the type of hotels you stay in. Also, have you considered a Mediterranean Cruise?

we are going to Disney, but when we were looking at tropical places one of the travel agents we went to suggested Costa Rica and Belize... they looked amazing.

Actually, we are eloping. So wherever we go, we're going to get married there, come back and throw a big party!! I'm so excited. So, we're not set on September. We actually might go the end of this year, or beginning of next - depending on where we go.
