My FH and I agreed on a cruise; southern carribbean - all inclusive. Is it better to use a travel agency or book online?

we booked our honeymoon through a travel agent part is a cruise and I was able to get the same price she did and I also found some better deals at the hotels she suggested. This is my first time booking with a travel agent I usually book online. HTH
