I need to vent! Am I being picky? Why can't I find a make-up person I like?! I tell them it's for my wedding I do not want to look like a hooker but for some reason I think they hear, please make me look like a hooker! I am beginning to lose hope in ever finding a make-up artist, I might just do my own! Ok here is the before and after

Jess I don't think you look like a hooker, I think it looks nice ...maybe they could have just used a little darker foundation/powder to soften the light to dark difference between your skin and eyes. Maybe that's what makes you think you look hooker-ish?

Awww! Its not that bad- would be great for a club or something like that- but I agree with you about for your wedding- my suggestion is to try going to mac and talk to the makeup girls there- they are wonderful and many do it outside of work- plus if you buy products, they do your trial for free! good luck (btw who did you use?)

lol...you are too funny. I don't think you look like a hooker at all! I love the makeup. I feel the same way because I don't normally wear much makeup so when I do....I ALWAYS say, i look like a 52nd street hooker! I think it looks good!

Honestly, I think it looks really nice. Not hookerish at all. Do you usually wear makeup? I dont and when I went for my first makeup trial I almost cried because I thought it was hookerish. Everyone said its because Im not used to wearing makeup so thats why I felt that way.

Oh you don't look like a hooker...You look gorgeous, what don't you like. Are you going for the smoky eye look? Maybe try more neutral colors on the eyelid...just suggestions, but you do look gorgeous, I'm not saying it to be nice

If you look like a hooker at all (which I dont see), it's definitly a high class hooker.
I don't think it's that bad, but I do think you look a little washed out. You're really naturally pretty so I don't think you need such dramatic makeup. I think natural colors might compliment you better.

NO way hooker-ish! I think you look amazing. Next time I'd ask for a pink look..they'll lay off the liner and use softer hues on both eyes and lips. Tell them you want your features highlighted in a way that you'll glow, not in a way that you'll look dramatic...that may help.
