i'm so sorry....how far along was she? i've had quiet a few people in my family n friends who've miscarried and unfortunately there's not much one can say. sorry for ur loss

she was very early (about 6 weeks). She always believed she couldn't get pregnant b/c she has had many 'female' problems (endo and PCOS) so when she found out she was pregnant she was sooo excited.
at least now she knows she can get pregnant. <--silver lining.

i am at 6 wks and told my family when i was at 4, b/c of previous miscarriages in my family, my brothers thought it was too early to share the news. but i always feared not getting preg b/c i want it so much and b/c i have fem issues too - cystic ovaries.
so i told my brother, if it happens, theres nothing i can do to change it but i might as well enjoy it while i can. i dont know how i'd feel if i miscarried myself, but its one of those things we have no control over.
i agree about the silver lining, it helps a bit.

My thoughts are with you guys- it's so hard. My SIL miscarried in her second trimester, and it was so hard. You get very attached to the baby! I hope everyone is hanging in there!

I had a mis at 7 weeks. Its painful and disapointing. Its really hard especially if you tell people. I still have people coming up to me asking me if I had the baby or how is the baby!!!!!! ( People who heard but havent seen me in a year) Its ridiculous! So im reminded of it quite often. My prayers are with your family and your sister!! From my experience Time will help heal her pain and im sure she will get pregnant again!! Misses are so so common, I didnt realize this until I spoke about it to so many people. 1 in 3 women have them.
