Hot Tub / Jacuzzi owner...help

We just bought a house with a vita spa outside, we read the manual 3 x. What do you do if the water is cloudy? The PH levels are perfect. Thank you.

Check the Chlorine levels.

Check the filter.

It could also be microorganisms.
