I was actually soar for like 5 days after the first time and I work out pretty regularly.. I was surprised!

told yah! LOL. But didn't you feel great after?

I did feel great.. the first time I went I did a 8pm class and it was a little too late for me.. by the time I ate dinner and showered it was like 11 lol

So this time I am going at 6 and think that will be better.. it feels good to sweat it all out.. you feel like your starting fresh internally!
