Hotel all booked up...ughh!
Just wondering if any of you have gone through this because it it driving me crazy! I never thought the hotel situation would cause the most stress. We booked hotels at the Holiday Inn Express in Riverhead...love the hotel! After 25 rooms were booked by our guests, the hotel let us know that there were no more rooms available. But we need about 25 more rooms!!
And the Best Western in that area is all booked up as well! Those are the only two big hotels out there. We really did not want to spread people to a bunch of different hotels, but now it seems we have to put people at hotels about 30 minutes from the Vineyards. We would really like to transport people to and from the hotel to the reception, but transportation companies want to charge us a gazillion dollars for that.
Does anyone have any reputable companies they can recommend that wont charge an arm an a leg to transport people?
