Hotel Blocks

Hotel Blocks

This may be a dumb question, but I dont really have too many out of town guests, however i was considering doing a hotel block so a shuttle can be set up in case people do not want to drive after the reception.

Are there perks to having a block set aside besides the fact that they will all be in the same place? is there a price reduction? do they require a guarentee?

i'm not sure if i'd be able to guarentee any amount of people, sooo i'm not sure if this is something for me to even consider

thanks girls :)

Yes, there is usually a price reduction involved, so thats a bonus in addition to everyone being in one place. Where I booked my block you are not responsible for any unused rooms, they just release them to the public if they don't get booked. hth!

this - plus you may get other incentives. Marriot Farmingdale gives you free shuttle service if 10 rooms are booked and your and FH a free room is 15 are booked
