What is your plan for you, your FH, and your bridal party the day of? we are all going to be in the limo then taking a shuttle to the hotel after the wedding, but my friends need to somehow check-in and put their bags in their rooms on the day of the wedding, and get their cars in the parking lot of the hotel so they can drive home the next day
My hotel said we could all check in late that night when we get back, even if its midnight!
At the last wedding I was at, the bridal party all dropped their cars off at the hotel the night before the wedding and had friends/family drive them home. All their stuff was in their trunks and they were able to check in when they got back to the hotel, which was after 1AM. This was at the Viana in Westbury. I would call your hotel and ask them what the norm is in this situation.

I actually booked our bridal suite for the night before the wedding, and the night of. So, the night before, I will be all set up in our room and FH will be staying in our apt with one of his GM, who is flying in from FL. A couple of our BM and GM will be going home after the wedding, but most will be staying at the hotel - they will all be checking in before the wedding and getting ready in their hotel rooms. Check in is technically 3pm at Fox Hollow, but they have been instructed to beg for early check in, so they can be picture ready by the time the photographer needs them for 'getting ready' pics around 3:30.
No need for shuttles/limos - the Inn at Fox Hollow is right next door to the reception site (literally, right next door - which is such a huge plus)
We checked in late, but the bp each had a significant other to do the check in for them. I'm sure the Viana would hold bags for everyone if necessary, they're awesome.
My mass isn't until 3. Some of my friends/family that isn't in the BP will be taking their cars over to the hotel with our stuff in it and we'll all just check in once the wedding is over later that night.
My girls had their husbands or boyfriends check in for them after the church and had them take the shuttle to the reception.
