I was wondering if anyone could recommend the hotel they booked for their OOT guests...I am getting married at the swan club so I would like something close enough to run a shuttle, but something thats not going to cost my guests a fortune. TIA!!

I'm getting married in roslyn also and my guests are staying at the roslyn claremont. The hotel is gorgeous. I just stayed there for a friends wedding and the brunch the next day was delish!
It's a Hilton, all the rooms are suites, they have a studio a one bedroom and a two bedroom and they are all very nice. Beautiful lobby and a small party room for brunch the next day or something. There is also another Hilton right next door, with a more casual feel to it, the price is almost the same though, you only save about $10 per room.

I'm using the Hilton next door, they quoted me $145 per room. They were nice. They also have a bar for the after party as well!

I don't know if this is close to you, but my block is at the Inn at Fox Hollow. We got the block back in July, so they gave us a great deal for being so early. We also got a discount on the day after brunch room.
The hotel is really nice - they just redid all of the rooms.

not sure if its close to you, but i booked the best western in woodbury NY and they offer a free shuttle service for guests. Oct 2010 prices were 109 (King) and 119 (double). HTH

Try the Glen Cove Mansion. Depends on the time of year, but they offer reasonable rates. Also ask guests to check out these hotels on hotels.com before booking. sometimes it registers less on there.
