Hotel gift help

Our wedding is going to be at a vineyard, and we're giving each of our hotel guests a bottle of wine from the vineyard, along with some local information. We were also planning on putting some truffles in with the wine, but that's really best with the red wine....we're also giving out white and blush...so people have the chance of getting the kind of wine they like. What should we put in with the white and blush wines? Truffles too? Cheese would be great for the white...but we can't refrigerate the gift boxes before the guests get them. We were thinking maybe nuts, but people could be allergic.

Any ideas? Suggestions? TIA

I think an assortment of nuts would be fantastic. If people are allergic, then they might choose the truffles. If you are going to please everyone you will drive yourself insane!!! The nuts sound like a fantastic idea! Or if you really want the cheese...get the Handi Snacks Ritz Crackers...
