hotel shuttle
Hi girls! Is anyone providing a shuttle for their out of town guests from the hotel to the reception hall? If so, how much did it cost? And what company did you use?

Re: hotel shuttle
I am not sure if i am going to get it b/c it would all depend on how many people are even going to stay at the hotel.

Re: hotel shuttle
We are getting a shuttle bus to transport guests between the hotel and the Watermill. My Dad's doing all the looking right now, so I have no idea who he's called and what prices he's gotten.

Re: hotel shuttle
Depending on what hotel you use, some of them will provide this for free. Im getting married at East Wind and blocked a lot of rooms at The Holiday Inn out there. For every 14 or 15 rooms booked, they provide one shuttle bus. Fm me for more info! HTH

Same here. All of the weddings I've been to this summer provided them, and if you have a lot of people staying at the hotel and can afford it I definitely think it's worth it. You don't want to worry about people drinking and driving, or people trying to find a designated driver.

Re: hotel shuttle
I agree that it is a great idea especially since my fh and his family are from Saten Island. My hotel does not offer it and a bus company I called quoted me 650! Which is alot for me! So maybe I will try my limo company. Thanks girls!

Our hotel is providing us a shuttle (14 passengers van) round trip for every 15 rooms booked. I think I was quoted $130? (depends on the mileage to the ceremony/receptionhall) for one way. I am not sure what company they use. We went with this hotel for OOT guests specifically for that and for their beautiful bridal suite.
Good luck
