I have to arrange a shuttle for the OOT guests from the hotel to WM. My question is, how do I find out how many people are staying at the hotel and will need to be shuttled? Is there a really simple answer I'm not thinking of? TIA

Re: Hotel Shuttle
Ask your hotel block how many rooms are booked?

The hotel will tell you. I call and check on mine.

Re: Hotel Shuttle
Just find out how many rooms are booked then estimated based on that. We estimated 4 people per room just to be on the safe side.
