Hotel/Shuttle frustration
So earlier this evening we had a relative inquire about our hotel arrangements. This got my FH and I talking about shuttle service for our guests. We have rooms booked for both Saturday and Sunday. As of now, we know that there will be well over ten guests staying at the hotel on Sunday night and possibly a handful on Saturday(oot). Shuttle service will be provided from the RH back to the hotel after the wedding.Right now we cant agree on what to do with the guests who might be staying at the hotel Saturday night into Sunday or those guests who are only staying on Sunday night but might check in early Sunday afternoon to get ready. We are paying for everything ourselves and trying to stick to a budget.
I suggested that we provided only a shuttle for after the wedding and those who plan on checking in earlier on Sunday can call car service. FH suggested we provide another shuttle that will pick up guests at the hotel and bring them to the RH. Since we are doing it one way why not both ways. I would love to provide both ways but its so expensive as it is. Also we are not sure how many guests will be checking in early and i feel like it will be a waste of money to provide a huge van for possibly only 5 people. Getting frustrated ! Please Help!
What should we do?

Hey Lauren1802 did they have to be 2 consecutive hours? Or is that for 1 hour at the start of the wedding and 1 hour at the end?
