We need to get a hotel room for the wedding night, and we wanted somrthing close to Macarthur, since we live in Sayville and the reception is in Holbrook. Any suggestions.

What about the Marriott on the LIE at exit 58? It's not too far.

Re: Hotels near MAcarthur Airport.
Hilton just opened a Hilton Garden Inn about a half mile from the airport - it looks nice and some of the sales guys I work with have stayed in them before and say they are nice.
There is also a Holiday Inn near the airport. Both of these are on Vets Memorial. Up on the LIE near Vets are 2 Hampton Inn's and a Marriott.

They just opened up the Hilton Garden Inn on the Corner of Ocean Ave. and Vets Hwy in Ronkonkoma, it looks really nice....Not sure how much they charge there per night though...Good Luck

Don't forget about the Holiday Inn right on Vets, it's like a 1/4 mile west of the airport (across from Applebee's)! I live in Sayville too and our reception is in Great River (next to Oakdale)
