Houses for week??

I just got off the phone with FH, who said that apparently my FSIL wants to come down to NY from CT for the week before the wedding.... She wants to rent a house or condo or something, since she says the hotel we booked rooms at is not worth the $155/night, so she'd rather spend a little more and get a house to herself... Any ideas where she can stay for the week??? I'm getting married in October, not during a summer month, so I can't really think of anything... Besides that, I don't think it's really necessary to come down a week before I live in West Islip, so if anybody can think of anything let me know please!! TIA
