How are you saving/paying for this wedding?

Currently FH and I are on a pay as you go .. but I have a strong feeling this will backfire towards the end ....... I really would like to start saving however its a little hard since we have so much on our plates.

Luckily my parents are paying for all the major vendors!

I'm BROKE right now. We just bought a house in June not thinking that we'd be getting married next year (well he did, but I had NO idea!) Wish he would've let me know so I would've saved up for a wedding too!

I'm pretty lucky--my parents are paying for the RH and my FH's parents are paying for what adds up to about 2 major vendors. The rest my FH and I are paying for on our own, kind of as we go...we're not saving yet and I know that's not a good idea! He has money saved but it's technically not 'wedding savings.' I'm honestly worried about my dress most of all since I haven't discussed paying for that with my FH yet and I have ZERO savings since I bought my house...I might have to AMEX that one!

We are doing the same and I feel the same way as you...I'm stressing so much about this! It's so scary...it's a huge expense for two people to handle...so you are so not alone. I feel your pain! The knot in my stomach I hope goes away the day of the wedding...I'm so sick to my stomach about $$$$$$
