How can you tell how many calories, carbs, etc. are in a food
if it doesn't have a nutrition label?
Is there a website that you can type in and it adds it up for you?
For example: Sweet & Sour Chicken

there are general guides on line
but sweet and sour chicken proably has over 800 calores with rice and the sauce- if not more
