So.. How did you meet your FH? I met mine on an internet dating service and I think it is crazy that it worked out!

Here's the story: I was dating this jerk on and off for 6 years! Then there was the day that I was just done with it. My mother is like try an internet site- you'll go on a date or two and who knows. I was cheap and was like no- I am not spending 25 bucks to email someone! So she signed me up! I email 3 people, he was the only reply back. It was the day before xmas eve. We talked online for a few days and met on Jan. 2nd. It wasnt love at first site. i wasnt sure if I even wanted a second date. But we dated casually for a month or so and then it turned out that he was just my perfect match. Everything I was searching for and more! Funny how life works.

So: how did you meet!?!?

me 2! and i honestly NEVER thought i would meet my future husband on the internet, i went on by chance...one of my friends recommend i try it out and see....and i went on a date from match and it was the worst date i had ever been on so i was going to close my account, i hardly went on anyway, but one nite i went to check it and there was my now FH lmao i was hesitant but in the end it worked out we are opposites too like i would have never picked him out of a crowd - and that actually sounds mean - but its just that he is not my 'type' per say and now im marrying him!

I was at that show!!

I met FH at a concert too. I was on the train with my ex and he grew up with FH and introduced me to him. The ex ditched me at the show so I hung out with FH all night and slipped him my number on a Band-aid lol

The funny thing about all this is the guy i was seeing at the time always talked about FH and how i should meet him and what a great guy he is

A friend/co-worker was in Manhattan recording with his band...I went into watch....FH was the drummer, got drunk, hooked up and the rest is history...I'm a classy broad....

i used to go out with his cheating friend years ago. we were friends and all hung out together and i always said i would never go out with him b/c he was (and still is ) such a flirt. nxt thing u know we're in the sac 3 yrs later we started off with such an explosion and the fire's still burning

this is sorta similar to our story! we met on match.com. i had been on what seemed like a million dates with a million weirdos and my FH had signed up a few months before. he emailed me and we talked over IM then when on a date pretty quickly. it was SO NOT love at first sight. i thought he was sorta awkward and REALLY shy. but, we had a lunch date and during that lunch, he asked me to have dinner with him that same night! i thought it took a lot of guts to ask me that so i agreed. we dated about 2 or 3 months though before i was SURE he was 'the one'....i guess the rest is history!

who would've thought a year and a half later i'd be spending all my time planning our wedding and on LIW! :)
