How do I get files off a rewritable CD?

I am selling my old laptop an dtrying to get all my pictures and stuff over to our new laptop. I got one successful run, but now its telling me its full, and I don't know how to delete the files that were already burned, since I already trasnferred them?

Also, how do I get my iTunes onto my new computer????TIA

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you cannot transfer your itunes account from one computer to another. You would need to start a whole new account on a new computer. You can save all your music files onto a disk and then upload them to a new itunes account. That way when you synch your ipod all your old files can be added to your ipod. I hope that helps!
