How do I handle this????

One of my BM's dropped out of the wedding on Firday... 29 days before the wedding!!!

She hasnt had any alterations on her dress. I have someone who is the same size to take her place. Now I cant get a hold of my old BM to talk to her about the dress and I need to get the new BM fitted.

Do I call the Bridal Suite and tell them my situation and see if they will let my new BM get the dress and pay the balance or what? HELP I HAVE 25 DAYS!

I would call the bridal suite...I dont think they would care...as long as they get thier money. Sorry about the BM...at least you have a good friend willing to step up!!!
