Tip the florist if they are just dropping off/ setting up at the RH?

they also come at the end to take back the vases in most cases so you could do it then

I would leave it with the BM at the RH. Put the tip in an envelope that says 'Florist' and have him or her give it to them.

When they drop off the your flowers at your house that morning tip them then! Also ask the florist if the same people that will be dropping off at ur house will be the ones setting up!

This is what we did. We gave the tip to our maitre'd - since all of our flowers, including bouts and bouquets, were delivered to the RH.
