I ordered my dress somewhere because they could get me a better price but the problem is... they don't have a sample of the dress in the store. I want to start shopping for a veil and maybe a headpiece but how do I match it to the beading on the dress if I don't have the actual dress? This is my dress ..... any thoughts?
Do I just wait til April when the dress is supposed to come in and hope to get a veil that doesn't have to be ordered? Do you think this picture is enough to pick out a veil from?

if you get the veil from the same designer, they can tell you which color veil matches the dress perfectly....
that's what I did and it worked our perfectly!

I think the pic is pretty good.(pretty dress!!) Since the dress has a lot of details you probably wouldnt want more glittery stuff on the veil.

Thats a really good idea!! Or..can you request the swatch from the company?
I would first look somewhere that has the dress...so you can try it on with what you intend to buy!

If I find a shop that has the dress, i'd have to buy a veil that they have for me to try on, right? Even if i dont buy it from them, i'd be limited to their selection......

I've seen veils that have a thin silver/platinum sparkle around the seam on bottom. I would think that would go well. Try to find anotehr bridal shop that sells your exact gown and try on their veil options.

I went to Barrons in Tri-County with a picture of my dress and a fabric swatch to match the color. My veil was custom made, and if I do say so myself, absolutely gorgeous!
