How do you get in touch with Jenn The Hair Genie?

I emailed her several times, but haven't received a response. Has anyone else experienced this? What's the best method to get a hold of her? TIA

When I contacted her via e-mail she did get back to me, but it took her a while to respond. I'm guessing she'll get back to you in a few days...

I had a similar issue. I tried to set up multiple trials but the lack of communication just didn't sit well with me so I went elsewhere. That being said, I've heard nothing but good things about her from brides who had trials. Good luck :)
