How do you give the OOT welcome package to guests?

How do you give the OOT welcome package to guests?

Do you give it to them AT the wedding?

Should it be given to the hotel the rooms are blocked at?

I don't know why but I don't trust the hotel! I know that my hotel is super popular for bookings for weddings in the area and feel they may not put the packages in the rightful rooms????

If you bring it to the hotel and tell them the party it's for they will make sure your guests get them.

We usually receive them at the front desk of the hotel when we check in. Once, one of the bride's friends hand-delivered it since we checked in earlier than most people.
