I'm going to see what suggestions you get... we may be in the same boat with one of our GM. Ugh.... not a fun decision to have to make!

Re: How do you tell one of your bridesmaids

I was not going to do this, I just read some posts that some girls had done this and I was just wondering how they told them?

Re: How do you tell one of your bridesmaids

I simply told them (yes, plural) that I didn't feel as if our friendship was that strong anymore and that we had drifted apart. I hadn't heard from them in over 3 months and when I travelled 600 miles to see them, they were always too busy to grab lunch/dinner or just gab over dessert somewhere...I concluded that it was probably best that I not rely on them to be there for me on my wedding as they had failed to be there for me as a friend. After 3 months of NOT speaking to one another anyway, I was fine to lose them forever as friends.
