When we moved in together we made all of our accounts joint... joint savings, joint checking, joint credit cards.

Right now, we have so many accounts, I can barely keep up with them. After the wedding, I plan on closing my savings as well as he, and we intend on keeping a joint savings.I would like to keep my own checking account, but FH doesn't understand why.

We have a joint checking account and two joint savings accounts, one for us and one for the kids. Though there's never any money in either of them.
