My best friend just got married, and the hall charged her 6$ less pp because she brought the minimum up 40 people.

Cash, day of the week, and number of guest will help. But, I also came up with a pph in my head and told them a little lower than I wanted. They can always throw things in and they can always go down about $10 per head. Don't be shy about it, its your wedding!

Also, do not be afraid to say some quotes you saw on LIW. DO NOT mention names of course, but all major vendors know this website exists and we share a lot of info.

Cash is defiantly the #. DO NOT tell them off the bat you are paying cash, let them work up some #'s and then tell them what you had in mind and work from there. In the end, say 'What if I did Cash'. Believe me it will change everything!
