do I need to order Bridesmaids dresses???

Im going about 6 mths. the only reason so early is because all my girls will be in NY around the holidays so i figured we might as well all go and make the decision of which dress...

I would honestly say a little more than 6 months around 8? I think my girls will order this month.

My girls will me ordering their dresses in 2 weeks for our May wedding.

My girls ordered them when they came for my Engagement Party(year mark) since a couple of them live upstate. Their dresses take at least 6 months to come in so I wanted them to have plenty of time to get their alterations made, since some of them don't live on the Island and all have busy lives.

my girls are going to have theirs ordered by the end of this month. so around the 8 month mark

Go early and give them the wrong date!! Like 2 weeks earlier... Mine just came in this week and we ordered them back in March.

I going to start shopping next week for my June wedding. I probably won't have my girls measured and ordered until October/November (that would be 8-7 months prior)

I did mine 8 months in advance but they came a month after we ordered them so we didnt need that long but I was just happy to get it over with

We ordered them 8 months before the wedding and they came in 3 months after we ordered.

Depends where you order them from... you have to ask your salon whats the latest date you can order

I think it depends on where you want to order the dress. My BM dresses are from Davids Bridal and they took less than a month to come in. I have been in other weddings where the dress took 6 months to come in. You should start looking just to get an idea of what you like and ask the actual stores how much time you need.

We ordered in March for September. They came in on Memorial Day Weekend.

i am going to start looking 8 month in advance (so January). I dont want the girls to be rushed when the come in for fittings etc and January isnt a busy time of year for most to go running around and shopping...plus im looking to go separately (so 4 trips) which means i need a lot of time!
