For the most part, do you hold grudges, do you forgive and forget or do you forgive but never forget?

Re: How forgiving are you?
It totally depends on the person and what they did. I can forgive and forget but if I sometimes hold a grudge too, I've outright cut people out of my life!!!!!

i am not a sensitive person - i forgive and forget - but if something was deliberately hurtful - i will carry a grudge to the grave. i do not let people back in once i've taken it to heart.

I agree- It is hard to fully trust that person. They keep you on edge and you question moves that they make.

I'm not sure. I don't get super angry. But in many cases, I never really trust the person again. So I guess I don't totally forgive.

I forgive, but never forget. And I do hold grudges. I won't speak to you for weeks if you really piss me off. It's the italian in me.

Re: How forgiving are you?
I forgive and, for the most part, forget. If someone crosses a certain line with me, I'm done with them. That line is pretty far away though and I've only done this twice in my life. For me, I don't think grudges are worth it because it takes more energy than they're worth and I'm not willing to devote my energy to worthless people who don't deserve it. Took me a looooooong time to learn that lesson.
