So ladies, how is your mom/fmil doing with her dress shopping? I'm having so much trouble with this and really have to order ASAP! I've seen a few I like, but I'm just not sure what look to go for...
If anyone would like to post pics I would be soooo grateful!!

mom got a demitrious gown from their factory in florida original price 1200.00 total she paid was 120.00 not bad!!

My mom hasn't even started looking yet. And my FMIL has even said that she's thinking of taking out a dress she has and just wearing that--this dress is like circa 1978...

My mom got her dress over the summer. FMIL however, has barely gone shoppng - but I trust her to pick something nice out with enough time!

My mom ordered hers the same day I ordered mine. FMIL started looking but didn't get anything yet
My mom did too. FMIL hasn't started and plans on waiting till April The wedding is the FIRST weekend in June!!!!!

My mom hasn't even really started. Her and her friends stopped in a boutique once because they were int he area, but fromt he sounds of it that just ended up a bunch of laughs n giggles.

Yeah, I was getting stressed about it, because our wedding was in about 5 months.... So, I started pushing her into stores after new years, and flooding her email with different pictures.
I finally took her to estelles dressy dresses and found it right on the rack
My Mom just ordered hers two weeks ago from Totally You in Bellmore.
The color will be in eggplant
I love it! Do you have the address? and who is the designer?

They were really nice there, and actually had samples in different sizes, not just teeny ones!

My mom found her dress about 2 months ago. It's a Jovani, but I can't find a picture because it's been discontinued.
there are a couple of websites that show Jovani dresses not on their website... www.thebridalshop.com is one...

thanks! It's also rather flattering on her... I believe it is by mon cheri? I was thrilled that she could just pick it off the rack, try it on, and purchase it. I was worried if she had to place an order, it may arrive too late!

That's what I'm worried about too, my daughter's wedding is June 30 and I can't make a decision. Every time I go to look I find one I like better than the one I saw last time

My mom bought hers just over a week ago from the Wedding Center in Commack (it was cheaper their than the other store she found it in) & she just got a call that its in!
