I am having a destination wedding and I am not sure how long after the wedding I should stay for my honeymoon any suggestions?
The thing is I am either getting married in the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, or Aruba.
For some of you that already know my dilema I can't book my wedding for another two months because of pricing.

i would stay for AT LEAST another week after, but if you can stay a little longer, then make it two wks!!!
i do know that a lot ppl that i spoke with said....two weeks was king of long though. if its somewhere that has a lot to do and keep you busy then stay as long as u can, otherwise one week should be enought time!!!!

How much earlier are you heading to your destination? That could determine how long after you want to stay. Also, how long are guests lingering around?

I would stay there for a week after the wedding....and how flippin funny...if your date stays the same and if you choose Aruba, I'll be there on my HM start 11/25!

i would say another wk after should be long enough, but you guys love vactioning???? see if you can both get an extra week off from work and maybe do 1 1/2 wks???
