How long after the wedding are you going to start having babies?

LOL ok I keep posting pre-maturely so just post your answer!

I keep saying we are going to wait at least 1 year if not 2, but fmil thinks I am going to get preggers on the honeymoon...ya never know! I really want kids, I cant wait

Well, I'm 32, he's 42 - he also wants to wait a few years, I'm not sure - I guess we'll see where we are and what our finances are like - it looks like we won't be able to buy a house, so we have to find a rented house with enough room for his kids and for more!!!

ETA: I've been hearing how hard it is for women in general to get pregnant? Is that true?

I never took BC pills, and I am so regular I can count to the exact day I am due to get my friend visiting - are those good signs that I can get pregnant easy?

we said we would wait at least 5 years before we even revisit the subject. Right now we don't have kids on the brain at all - I can't wait to get a puppy and kitty though!

Right away...I am 30, FH 32...we have accomplished everything we wanted (well not everything but almost), have been together for 13 years, so we will not wait....

If my fiance had his way, I would be pregnant BEFORE the wedding. Lol. So I would say we aren't going to wait very long

My FH says the same thing! He wants me to stop taking BCP in April/May so we can start trying!!!

We will stop being careful on the Honeymoon. I am not talking intentional, basal thermometer- trying, but we want it to happen soon.

I'm 25 and FH is 41, plus he already has an 8 y/o daughter, so we don't want to wait too long. Tho we'd like to be living comfortably in a house first. I'm shooting for about a year!

NEVER!!!!!

He has three from his first marriage and I have one from my first marriage so together we have FOUR!!! And three out of four live with us.

We're both very happy with our decision.

Once I get tenure as a teacher and before I turn 30. We want to be financially stable and we also want to enjoy our marriage before we have a little one running around.

We'll try after the honeymoon if we can afford it! FH and I have been together for over 8 years and have done a ton of traveling. Now we want to settle down a bit (we are both 26)

My FSIL asked me this and I told her we wanted to spend some time with each other for a year.
She said Youve been together 9 years! Like you havent spent enough time together already!

She has a good point. We've lived together for 6 years! Whats really gonna change?

we sort of disagree on this one... I'm 31 will be 32 on Feb 6th.. and he's 33... I would like to start trying 1 year after.. he says 2 -3 after... a lot of my friends are trying to get pregnant now and having trouble.... I don't want to be an old mom!!!! we'll see what happens I guess.....
