How Long Did It Take You To Throughly View....

A Venue? How many did you visit in one day? How long with each one?

It really depended. Ew has three properties and 5 rooms so that took a while vs windows on the lake which one has one. The most I saw was 2 in a day and I would say from 1-1 1/2 hours each.

about an hour...the most i viewed was 2 in one day and that was enough!

Depends on where you are going and how close by they are. Not to mention how much you like each venue. If we liked a venue, we stayed longer.

30 minutes to an hour.

I visited 25 venues between september-december. 4 months. 25 venues.

The most we did, was 2 or 3 in one day.

My advice: Don't do more than 2 in one day. It is exhausting and a lot of information and you'll wind up confused and meshing together information from the various places. Take notes!

We visited our venue three times before booking. FH and I went first then,

FH, me and FMIL and then,

FH, me and my Mom.

My Mom came to the last meeting to help with negotiating....

Thanks Girls... I live OOT and i really have only one day to visit RH. I was hoping i could do 4 in one day and be over with it!... So overwhelming!

We viewed 10 places, spent at least 40 minutes at each place. Once I saw my RH I knew it was what I wanted...

And I also carried a little notebook with me so after leaving each place I made little notes about what I liked and didnt like. It was much easier to remember each place...

i think it took us about an hour to go through everything with the venue. the most we went to in one day was either 4 or 5 with a lunch break in between.

I looked at 4 in one weekend. I am an oot bride also and while it was overwhelming it felt so nice when it was done!!h

we spent about 1/2 an hour at each of the TWO venues we looked at...we (and by we i mean i, because fh didn't necessarily agree) knew right away!!

Depending on the place...about an hour to an hour and a half each.

You can definatly do four in one day- we did it!

Budget about a hour to an hour and a half at each. Make appointments accordingly, after figuring out on Mapquest what the driving distance is from one to the other.

We did that.

Some of them kept us for an hour; one talked to us for 15 minutes. It's hard to tell. And make sure you grab a little food during the day!

Well when i called Leonards- she said no appts necessary, they would be open from 11-5pm on Saturdays so i think i will be going there first for 11am....lolol Then like another bride said i will do mapquest to see which RH will be the closest to Leonard's. (CLM, Larkfield Manor or The Coral House)... The Coral House and Larkfield said no Specific appt either... But i'll figure it out on Mapquest for sure

you *can* do 4 in one day if you really have to. We're OOT also and did 4 in one day, but I wanted to die after the day was over. It was really exhausting and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but if you really don't have a choice to see them another day, it is definitely do-able. We spent about an hour or a lil more at each. The one thing that was bad was by the last place, I really didn't care anymore, but I'm not sure if that's bc I wasn't really liking the room they showed me anyway, so I knew it wasn't the right place for us

i was going to say getting the appointments to match time wise in the same day is the most difficult part but if you have 3 venues that allow walk-ins you're fine. the only other thing i would say is to see if they have a wedding on the day / time that you are visiting because you don't want to get there and not be able to see the rooms, they may allow you to peek in but its not the same.

NOt sure about Coral House and Larkfield but I know CLM is a good distance from Leonards. Mapquest them...thats the best way to go about it.
