I dated him for 2.5 years, knew him for 2.6 years total. =)

7 years!
We met in High School. We waited another 2 1/2 before getting married.
We've been married 3 years now, but together for 12!
DH wants credit for the 7 years, but I told him that this is a whole new sentence and that there's no credit for time already served!!

Just under two years....alot of my friends are rushin their boyfriends to...i think because everyone else is gettin married they feel as though they have to....I knew from day one he was the one i wanted to spend the rest of my life with though but didnt want to rush

we dated for 3 1/2 years (with 1 1/2 years of living together) before he proposed 2 days before christmas. it was a nice and unexpected early christmas present!
