10 years. There is no advancement in my position, as long as my boss is still there. I just get the same raises as everyone else. It pretty much stinks but I enjoy the people and need the money!

3 years 7 months with the same employer. But I've been with a couple of different depts and am about to switch to a new dept next month (except this time I finally get a little more money!)

year and a half, and I plan on staying until my kids are in school full time....granted I have no kids now, but I'll hopefully still be at my school. I love it!

Almost 5.5 years at the university - over 4 in my office - this is prob about to end as there is a lot of $ h i t going on in my office

will be 5 years this July. Started as Admin Asst, and got promoted after a year to Asst. Managing Editor - where I've been stuck ever since with no opportunities for advancement.... ggggrrr!!!!
Also looking for a new job bc of lack of management and shifts in departments.....
