FH proposed on our 5th year anniversary....to the exact minute he askedme to be his gf....although..he wanted to ask me on the beach,...but...at 12:38 on 3/19/06, i was giviog my dog a treat by my garbage can, so thats where it happened! It was perfect!

my fh asked me 3 years to the day May 31st while we were on vacation BUT he didnt even remember that was 3 years to the day...haha id like to think it was a subconscious effort!

4 years and I am aso guilty of nagging!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 and a half years....and I nagged him about it literally like an hour before he proposed! He had planned it all along and had the ring in his pocket and everything but he was telling me that he doesn't want to be rushed into something that important and when he's ' 100% sure i'm the right one, then he'll 'CONSIDER' taking that step... I was SOOOO pissed and offended!! I couldn't believe he was actually doubting me... he really had me fooled...and pissed...but then I felt stupid for being mad after he actually did it! He's such a sneaky lil devil!!

i did the same thing we were on our way to florida for our cruise and everytime i saw a diamond i was like 'look a diamond! look another diamond! it's a sign, we've got to get engaged' and he got really mad and then the next night he proposed...i felt a little bad for nagging so much when he already had the ring and was just waiting for the right time

u kno the first nite on our cruise i actually said something when they do the cheap jewerly on the ship like 2 for 40$ i said look you can get a gorgeous ring for cheap (it looked like my bros fiances ring) and the next nite day he proposed...i was like WOahhhhhhhh that was creepy haha bc i was jokin...

but my ring was not some cheap one from the ship thank god hahaha imagine he spent 20$

8 yrs 2 months - i know, sounds like forever, but we met at the end of college and he had already planned on going to grad/med school - so we've been together through it all, long distance - he finally graduates next may so before he starts residency (god knows where) we are finally tying the knot!

it took over 7 yrs and i nagged him. but he wanted to finihs his doctorate frist..
